1 General Provisions

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, provided this is consistent with the terms and conditions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer to deposit money on 177 bed. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• 177 bed reserves the right to cancel bonuses if multiple accounts or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• VIP cashback applies to net losses for the week; for example, if a Gold Tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is not considered accepted until a confirmation message is received from the system. If any bet is automatically cancelled due to a technical fault or system failure, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the settlement of the related bet will be handled in accordance with 177 bed's own rules. Generally, the staked amount is refunded in such cases, or the remaining selections are settled at revised prices.

6.3 Incorrect Odds (Obvious Error)

177 bed reserves the right to settle bets accepted at clearly incorrect or abnormal odds at the correct odds. In such situations, 177 bed will contact the user and, if necessary, cancel the bet and return the funds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

1. Cheating and Fraud: Using any software, bots or technical means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
2. Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
3. Money Laundering: Using the platform as a channel for money laundering.
4. Use of Third-Party Funds: Placing bets using money sent from another person's account.
5. False Information: Submitting false or altered documents during registration or identity verification.
6. Minor's Account: Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age.
